As with all jobs, wrinkles came up but they were solved quickly and professionally. The guys respected our home and made sure debris and dust were abated. They are a very professionally run company with great people working for them who go out of their way to accommodate and satisfy the customer. My job being intricate called for attention to detail , precision ,and a thorough understanding of materials used and they handled it with ease . Lucas handles sales and estimating and he is awesome . He was very personable and honest yet very exact in putting together a quote . He takes all into account and will work with you on pricing as best he can . No flim flam here ,he gives you more than a price he gives you his word . Once the job is scheduled expect that everyone will show up when they say and will work uninterrupted until the job is completed .Caio is the Project Manager. He oversees everything every step of the way . Communication is the key . Caio is very hands on making sure to explain everything and ask exactly how you want things done every step of the way so their are no surprises . He is very courteous, respectful and goes the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied . All of the installers are extremely knowledgeable and precise as well as timely and extraordinarily clean . Suellen is the office contact to make sure everything is running smoothly and on track and just very pleasant to work with . It is a rarity in any business that you will find such professionalism and ease of operation .
